DILAS, the diode laser company, is focused on delivering the most innovative technologies and advanced product solutions in the industry. Founded in 1994 in Mainz, Germany, DILAS designs, develops and manufacturers high power, high brightness semiconductor laser components, modules and systems, including fiber coupled products with total output power in the multiple kilowatt range. 

DILAS products are available in a variety of configurations from conduction cooled single diode laser bars, QCW stacks and water cooled CW stacks, to fast axis collimation, full collimation or fiber coupled configurations in wavelengths ranging from 640nm to 2500nm.  We also provide complete turnkey diode laser systems for your application needs. 

Today, with over 200 employees, DILAS' strengths are in quality engineering, volume manufacturing and expertise in product development for the industrial, OEM, defense, graphic arts and medical markets.

DILAS Diodenlaser celebrates its 10th anniversary.

2005
DILAS Diode Laser, Inc. is established in Tucson, AZ serving North America.

2007
DILAS China is established in Shanghai.

2008
Over 200 employees worldwide.
